The terms that apply when you book a trip with Toronto Airport Limo. Plain language, no surprises.

Prices

What the fixed price covers

Every trip is priced in Canadian dollars and the number you agree to at booking is the number you pay. It already includes highway tolls, including the 407, fuel, airport access fees, the chauffeur's time, and up to an hour of waiting after your flight lands while you clear customs and collect your bags.

Gratuity is not included and is always your choice. Parking is charged only if you ask the chauffeur to wait somewhere that charges for it. Extra stops added on the day are quoted before we drive them. Book a return trip at the same time and the total is 5% lower. Every published rate is on the rates page.

Flights

Late, early and cancelled flights

We follow your flight number, so if the plane is early or late the pickup moves with it at no charge. If a flight is cancelled, call 647-361-8237 as soon as you know and we will rebook the car for the new arrival.

Meeting your chauffeur

Where the car meets you

At Toronto Pearson, Terminal 1 pickups meet at Door A and Terminal 3 pickups meet at Door 11, both at the Commissionaire's pre-arranged post. Choose meet and greet and your chauffeur waits inside arrivals with a name board instead. For home and office pickups the car comes to the door at the time you booked.

Passengers and cars

Passenger limits, luggage and child seats

The passenger and luggage limits shown for each vehicle on the fleet page are the limits we can carry safely. Child seats are fitted on request. Tell us the child's age when you book so the right seat is in the car before it leaves.

Payment and changes

Paying, changing and cancelling

Payment is by major credit or debit card. Corporate accounts receive one monthly invoice. If your plans change, tell us as early as you can. The cancellation terms that apply to your booking are confirmed with you when you book, and dispatch can explain the current policy at 647-361-8237 at any hour.
