What Toronto Airport Limo collects when you book a limo or use this website, and what happens to it.

When you book

What we collect when you book a trip

To price and run a trip we need your name, a phone number, your pickup and drop-off addresses, the date and time, how many people are travelling, and, for airport pickups, the flight number. If you ask for a child seat we also need the child's age. An email address is optional and is used only to send you the confirmation.

That information is used to quote, dispatch and complete your trip and to contact you about it. It is seen by our dispatchers and by the chauffeur assigned to you. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to anyone else.

This website

What this website records on its own

Like every website, the server that hosts these pages keeps standard access logs: the address your connection comes from, the time, and the page requested. This site runs no analytics service and sets no tracking cookies of its own.

Every page shows a Google map of our location. That map is loaded from Google, and Google may set its own cookies when it appears. Google's handling of that is covered by Google's privacy policy.

Payment

Card details

Card payments are taken in the car or over the phone at the time of payment. This website does not process or store card numbers.

Your choices

Seeing, correcting or deleting your details

Call 647-361-8237 or email info@torontoairportlimousineservices.ca and we will show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Trip records are kept only as long as Canadian tax rules require us to keep business records.

Dispatch works from downtown Toronto, a short walk from Union Station, and the phone is answered 24 hours a day. You never need to come to us. The car comes to you.
