One monthly invoice
One bill at the end of the month, itemised ride by ride. No card statements to pick apart and no petty cash.

Corporate travel
One company account, one invoice a month, and a ride log with the passenger name, route and time on every trip. Priority dispatch when a flight changes, Wi-Fi on board, and your visitors met at the gate with a name sign.

One account
A corporate account puts your whole company on one file with us. Anyone you name can book a car: an assistant, an office manager, the traveller, or you. Nobody hands a personal credit card to a chauffeur at the curb and nobody chases a receipt three weeks later.
We hold your standing details on the account: the addresses your people use most, the vehicle class you prefer, and who is allowed to book. A booking that used to need a paragraph of explanation becomes one line of email.
Staff, clients and visitors all ride on the same account. If a colleague from another office flies into Toronto, the cost still lands on your invoice rather than on their expense claim.
Billing and records
You get one invoice a month instead of a receipt for every trip, and it lists the rides rather than a single lump sum. Every ride is logged with the passenger name, the route and the time, which is exactly what an expense report asks for. Coding a month of travel to the right project, client or cost centre takes minutes instead of an afternoon, and if somebody queries a line, the log answers it.
One bill at the end of the month, itemised ride by ride. No card statements to pick apart and no petty cash.
Every trip is logged with who travelled, where they went, and when. That is the line an expense report needs.
Prefer to settle each trip as it happens? All major credit and debit cards are accepted, in the car or online.

Priority dispatch
Business travel moves. A meeting runs long, a flight gets rebooked onto the earlier service, a visitor lands two hours before anyone expected. Account holders go to the front of the dispatch queue when that happens, which usually means one phone call and the nearest car.
We run more than 50 vehicles across the GTA and dispatch is staffed by a person 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call 647-361-8237 at three in the morning and somebody picks up.
Every airport pickup is flight tracked for free. If your visitor is delayed, the chauffeur waits and the flat rate stays the same. If they land early, the car moves up. Nobody in your office has to watch an arrivals board.
On the day
The run between Pearson and the office is dead time unless somebody can work in it. Corporate vehicles carry onboard Wi-Fi, so a visitor can clear their inbox or join a call before the first meeting starts.
Corporate vehicles carry onboard Wi-Fi, so the ride in from the airport becomes working time instead of lost time.
Your chauffeur parks, walks into the terminal, and waits with a sign in the guest's name. He takes the bags and walks them to the car.
Keep one car and one chauffeur for the whole block of time. The car waits at every stop with the bags still inside.
When you are the host, book meet and greet for the arrival. Your guest walks out of customs and the first thing they see is their own name on a sign, held by somebody in a suit who already knows where the hotel is.
A roadshow, an investor day or a plant tour is a different shape of booking. Instead of three separate transfers, you keep one car and one chauffeur for the day on an hourly booking. The car waits at every stop with the coats and bags still inside, and the same driver stays with you if the day runs long. Send us the schedule and we build the timing around it.
Airport runs on the account are priced the same way as anyone else's. The airport transfers page explains the meeting points at Pearson, the flat rates page lists 112 cities, the fleet page gives passenger and bag counts, and the services page covers everything else we do.

FAQ
You get one invoice a month, itemised ride by ride rather than as a single total. Rides go on the account as your people take them and the bill arrives at the end of the month. If you would rather settle trip by trip, all major credit and debit cards are accepted in the car or online.
The passenger name, the route, and the time, for every ride on the account. That is the information an expense report asks for, so travel can be coded to the right project, client or cost centre without anyone having to reconstruct the month from memory.
Yes. Staff, clients and visitors all ride on the same account and the cost lands on your invoice, not on their expense claim. Add meet and greet and your chauffeur waits inside the terminal with a sign in the guest's name, then carries the bags to the car.
That is what priority dispatch is for. Account holders go to the front of the queue, dispatch is staffed 24 hours a day, and we run more than 50 vehicles. Every airport pickup is flight tracked for free, so a delayed or early arrival is usually fixed before anyone in your office notices.
