Chauffeur's hands on the steering wheel with city lights ahead

Hourly chauffeur

Keep the car. Keep the driver.

Book a block of time instead of a single trip. The same chauffeur stays with you from the first stop to the last, and the car waits outside while you are inside. Coats, laptop bags and shopping stay where you left them.

  • Same car all day
  • Same chauffeur
  • Waits between stops
  • Sedan to stretch limo
  • 24/7 dispatch

How it works

You book the time, not the trip.

Tell us when the car should arrive and roughly how long you need it. The chauffeur is yours for that block. Where you go in between is up to you, and you can change it on the day without re-booking anything.

You book a block of time

Give us a start time and a rough finish. If the day runs long, tell the chauffeur and we will try to extend it.

One chauffeur, start to finish

The same person drives every leg. No new driver to brief, no repeating the address, no waiting for a car to be assigned.

The car waits

He parks nearby and brings the car back to the door when you are ready. You are not standing on a corner watching an app.

Your things stay in the car

Coats, cases, samples, shopping, a change of shoes. Take what you need and leave the rest on the seat.

The plan can change

A meeting cancels, dinner moves, one more stop appears. Just say so. Nothing needs to be booked again.

Typical days

What people use the hours for.

Back-to-back meetings

Four addresses in one morning. Parking downtown eats the gaps between them. With a car waiting you leave the second the meeting ends.

Roadshows and site visits

Investor days, property tours, a run of client offices. One car, one schedule, one chauffeur who knows the whole route.

Dinner and a show

Dropped at the door and collected at the door. Nobody parks at midnight and nobody has to skip a glass of wine.

A shopping day

Yorkdale, Yorkville, the outlet malls. Bags go in the trunk between stops and you keep going.

A day of city stops

Casa Loma, the waterfront, the distillery, dinner. Sightseeing without a map, a parking meter or a transit app.

Waiting through an appointment

A clinic visit, a signing, a court date. The chauffeur waits outside and takes you straight home after.

Which one do I need

Flat rate for a trip. Hourly for a day.

Most airport runs are point to point. You get in at one address, you get out at another, and the price is fixed before you ride. Hourly is different. You are paying for the car and the chauffeur to be yours for a block of time, including the parts where the car is parked and waiting.

Book a flat rate when

You are going from A to B. Home to Pearson, or Pearson to the office. One pickup, one drop, one fixed price, already published for 112 cities.

Book by the hour when

There is more than one stop, or there is waiting in the middle, or the finish time is not certain. Booking five separate trips costs more time and usually more money.

Ask for an hourly price

We do not publish one hourly number, because it moves with the vehicle, the day and how long you need it. Tell us the date, the start time, the group size and the rough plan, and you get one quote that does not change after you book.

The fleet

Which car suits your group.

Every class can be booked by the hour. Pick by how many people are riding and how much you are carrying. If you are between two sizes, tell dispatch the head count and we will say which one we would send.

Booking notice

How much warning we need.

Earlier is better, but the cars are out all day and something is usually free. Companies that book hourly most weeks tend to open a corporate account, which means one monthly invoice and priority dispatch when a day changes at the last minute.

  1. Book ahead when you can

A day or two is plenty for a sedan or an SUV. Leave longer for a Sprinter or a stretch limo, and longer again for a Friday or Saturday in the busy months.

  2. Same day is often possible

Dispatch is live 24 hours. Call 647-361-8237 and we will tell you straight away what is free and what it costs.

  3. Give us the shape of the day

Start time, first address, group size, and roughly how long. The stops in between can be decided later or on the day.

  4. Changes are normal

Running late, finishing early, adding a stop. Tell the chauffeur or call dispatch and we will sort it out.

FAQ

Questions people ask us

It depends on the vehicle, the date and how many hours you need, so we quote every booking on its own. Send the details on the form above or call 647-361-8237 and you get one price before you commit to anything.

Yes. That is the main reason people book hourly instead of separate trips. If a day is long enough that we need to change chauffeurs, we tell you when you book, not on the day.

Yes. The waiting sits inside the hours you booked, so it is not a separate charge. The chauffeur parks close by and brings the car back to the door when you call or text him.

Usually. Tell the chauffeur as early as you can and he will check with dispatch. Any extra time is confirmed with you before it is added, so there is no surprise at the end.

Yes. If you need to collect two people from two addresses, or stop at the office on the way to Pearson, hourly is often the cleaner way to book it. For one pickup and one drop, our flat rate is usually cheaper. Ask and we will tell you which is better for your trip.
