Questions and answers

Toronto airport limo questions, answered.

The 17 questions people ask us most, with a straight answer to each one. Prices, booking, where to meet your driver at Pearson, and which car fits your group. If yours is not here, call 647-361-8237 any hour and ask a person.

Prices

What does it cost?

From downtown Toronto it is $81 in a sedan, $105 in an SUV and $451 in a Sprinter van, each way. Those are flat rates, not estimates. We publish a price for 112 towns starting at $71, and the number you agree at booking is the number you pay.

Sometimes, and it depends entirely on when you travel. Uber is often cheaper at a quiet hour and considerably more expensive when demand spikes, because surge pricing can double or triple the fare at exactly the times flights land. Our price does not move, so a 6 a.m. Monday costs the same as a wet Friday rush hour.

No, and it is never expected. The published rate covers the whole trip including tolls and fuel. Anything you give the driver is entirely your choice.

Each way. Book both legs at the same time and you take 5% off the total.

No. We track your flight number and move the pickup to match the real arrival time. Waiting for a delayed plane costs you nothing.

Booking

How do I book?

A day ahead is comfortable anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area. For cottage country, eastern Ontario or a cross-border run, give us as much notice as you can so the right car and driver are free. Same-day bookings are fine too, because dispatch is live 24 hours.

Yes. Call 647-361-8237 and we send the nearest available car. Dispatch is staffed every hour of every day, including holidays.

All major credit and debit cards, either in the car or online. Companies on an account get one invoice at the end of the month with every ride itemised.

Tell us as soon as you know and we cancel or move the booking. Because we watch the flight number, we usually see a cancellation before you have reached the desk.

At the airport

Where do we meet?

Terminal 1: go to Door A. Terminal 3: go to Door 11. At either one, see the Commissionaire at the pre-arranged post, give your name and ask for Toronto Airport Limousine Service. If you booked meet and greet, your chauffeur is waiting inside arrivals with a name sign instead.

A taxi is hailed from the rank and runs on a meter or a zone fare. A limo is booked in advance, arrives as a specific car for you, and carries a price that was agreed before the trip. The car is a late-model black sedan or SUV rather than whatever is next in the queue.

Only if you book meet and greet. On a standard pickup the chauffeur waits at the pre-arranged post by Door A or Door 11. With meet and greet the driver parks, walks into arrivals, waits by the doors with your name on a sign and helps with the bags.

Toronto Pearson (both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3), Billy Bishop downtown, Hamilton, and Buffalo Niagara across the border. The same town rate applies whichever one you are using.

The cars

Which car do I need?

Three in a luxury sedan, seven in an SUV, fourteen in a Sprinter or group van, and twelve in a stretch limousine. Luggage runs 3, 6, 10 and 8 bags in the same order. If either number is on the edge, book the next class up.

Yes, at no extra charge. Tell us the ages of the children when you book so the right seat is fitted before the driver sets off.

Yes. Name it when you book and we hold that car if it is free. If it is already out we tell you before you pay and offer the closest match in the same class.

Corporate vehicles carry onboard Wi-Fi. Ask for it when you book or when you open an account and we send a car that has it.
