Weddings
Give us the ceremony time and we work backwards from it, wait through the photos, and take you on to the reception.

Special events and tours
Weddings, prom, concerts, birthdays, a casino run, a day in wine country, or a trip to Niagara Falls. We send a car big enough for the whole group, a chauffeur in a suit, and a schedule we have checked with you before the day.
Nights and days out
Anything where the group should travel together and nobody wants to drive home. Tell us what the day looks like and we will match the car to it.
Give us the ceremony time and we work backwards from it, wait through the photos, and take you on to the reception.
Parents book it and we drive it. The chauffeur collects at the addresses you give us and returns everyone to the same doors.
Dropped at the doors and collected at a meeting point you pick. No crawling out of a parking garage after the encore.
Eight people in one car beats four cars and four parking fees, and nobody argues about who is driving home.
Dinner, a show, a drive along the lake. On a milestone night the car is the part people remember.
Niagara casinos, or the wineries at Niagara-on-the-Lake in the autumn. Nobody has to be the designated driver.
The stretch fleet
Two real cars, both black, both in the stretch class. The class seats up to 12 people with room for 8 bags. The exact seat count depends on which car we send, so give us your head count and we will confirm the vehicle in writing before you book.

The long black car people picture when they say limousine. Seating runs down both sides, so the group faces each other.

Most event bookings are not one trip. They are three or four moments in a day that have to line up, and the planning is the part that makes them feel easy.
Give us the addresses in order and who is waiting at each one. Two or three stops is normal. We build the route and the first pickup time around them.
Tell us when you must be somewhere, not when you would like to leave. We work backwards and leave room for traffic.
The chauffeur stays with the car for the whole booking. Ceremony, photos, reception, he is outside when you come out. Confirm the waiting at booking so the car is held for you.
Say where everyone is going at the end of the night. If that is more than one address, tell us at booking so the last leg is not improvised at midnight.

Tours
Niagara Falls is a comfortable drive from the city, usually about ninety minutes each way and longer on a summer Friday. You leave from your own front door and you are home the same evening. A lot of groups spend the morning at the Falls, stop at a winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake, and are back in Toronto for dinner. Casino trips run the same way. We do not sell a fixed package. You tell us the stops and how long you want at each one, and we quote that day.
Before you book
Event days go wrong for small reasons. Settle these five when you book and the rest looks after itself. Prices depend on the car, the date and the hours, so every event is quoted on its own. Our published flat rates are for airport trips.

The final number of passengers, not the number on the invitation. It decides which car we send.
Pickups in order, the venue, and the time you must be there. Send them once in writing and we will read them back to you.
Start time and finish time. If the party might run late, say so at booking so we can hold the car for longer.
One name and one mobile number. The chauffeur calls that person, not fourteen people at once.
We take all major credit and debit cards. Sort it before the day so nobody is settling up in a car park.
