How to choose

Count the people, then count the bags.

Up to three people is a sedan and up to seven is an SUV. Above that you choose by the occasion: a Sprinter or group van seats up to fourteen, and a stretch limousine seats up to twelve in a great deal more style. If either number sits right on the edge, book the next class up. Nobody enjoys a two-hour drive with a suitcase on their knees. Every class has a published price in the flat-rate table, for all 112 towns we cover.

Class 01

Luxury Sedan

The everyday car for one, two or three travellers. Quiet on the highway, easy to get in and out of at the terminal, and small enough to reach any downtown address without a fuss. This is what most business travellers book.

Mercedes-Benz S-Class

Our flagship sedan. The back seat is the quietest place in the fleet, which is why it goes out on most airport runs for executives.

Lincoln MKZ

A softer ride than the S-Class and just as roomy in the back. A good choice for a couple with two or three cases.

Class 02

Luxury SUV

The family car and the ski-trip car. High seats, a tall roof and a boot that swallows the luggage a sedan cannot. Book this one if you are travelling with children, sports gear, or more than three suitcases.

Cadillac Escalade

The one people picture when they say airport SUV. Three rows, a flat load floor and enough head room that nobody stoops.

Lincoln Navigator

The quietest SUV we run. Reclining second-row seats make the long trips out to Niagara or Muskoka far easier.

Chevrolet Suburban

The longest boot of the three. When a family of five arrives with a full trolley of cases, this is the car we send.

Class 03

Sprinter & group van

For teams, crews, wedding parties and families who would rather not split across two cars. Everyone travels together, everyone hears the same conversation, and the luggage still fits behind the back row.

Mercedes-Benz Sprinter

Stand-up head room down the aisle and individual seats rather than benches. The comfortable way to move a group of ten.

Ford 14-passenger van

Our largest single vehicle. Fourteen seats and a dedicated luggage bay, which suits sports teams and film crews.

Class 04

Stretch limousine

For the trips where arriving is part of the occasion. Weddings, prom, birthdays, concerts and Niagara tours. Bench seating down both sides, a bar, and lighting you can set to whatever suits the night.

Lincoln stretch limousine

The classic long black car. The one most people mean when they book a limousine for a wedding.

Lincoln Navigator stretch

An SUV stretch, so the ride sits higher and the cabin is taller than the sedan-based cars.

Cadillac Escalade stretch

Sedan-style stretch on the Escalade platform. Long, low and very quiet once the doors close.

Cadillac Escalade stretch SUV

The big one. Full SUV height with the stretch cabin, and the most generous head room of any car we run.

Chevrolet Suburban stretch SUV

A slightly softer alternative to the Escalade stretch, with the same bench layout and bar.

How we keep them

Cleaned after the ride, not at the end of the day.

A car that has done four airport runs since breakfast shows it. Ours are cleaned between trips, checked before every shift, and pulled off the road the moment something is not right. That is most of what separates a limousine company from a taxi.

01

Cleaned between trips

Inside and out, after each ride rather than once a day.

02

Late-model only

Retired before they get tired, so nothing in the fleet feels old.

03

More than 50 cars

Enough depth that a breakdown never becomes your problem.

04

Dispatch never closes

A real person answers at 3 a.m. the same as at 3 p.m.

Questions

Questions about the fleet.

Yes. Name it when you book and we will hold that car if it is free. If it is already out, we will tell you before you pay and offer the closest match in the same class.

We run late-model vehicles and retire them before they get tired. Every car is cleaned after each ride, not at the end of the day, so the one that picks you up has not been sitting dirty since the morning.

Yes, at no extra charge. Tell us the ages of the children when you book so we fit the right seat before the driver sets off.

Call us and we will move you up a class. As long as there is notice we can usually swap an SUV for a van, or send a second car.

Corporate vehicles carry onboard Wi-Fi. Ask for it when you open an account or when you book, and we will send a car that has it.

Who owns the cars and who drives them is on the about page.
