How much does a wedding limo cost in Toronto?
There is no set price for a wedding, and we will not pretend there is. Your number comes from four things: which car, which date, how many hours we hold it, and how many addresses we collect from. Tell us those four and we send one price for the whole day, waiting time included. Most couples book a stretch limousine for the ceremony and keep it through the photographs. Our published flat rates are for airport trips only, so a wedding is quoted on its own.

The number
What actually moves a wedding limo price.
Four things, and nothing else. Every quote we send is these four added up, so if you want a cheaper day you now know which lever to pull.
- The car. A luxury sedan carries three. A stretch limousine carries up to 14 and costs more per hour than the sedan. The fleet page lists every class with its seat and bag count.
- The date. A Saturday in June is the busiest day of our year. A Thursday in November is not. Same car, different day, different price.
- The hours. We hold the car for the block you book. The chauffeur waits through the ceremony and the photographs rather than leaving and coming back.
- The addresses. One pickup is simple. Collecting the wedding party from four houses across the city is a longer job and is priced as one.
Why we do not publish a wedding package. A fixed package only works if every wedding looks the same, and they do not. We would rather quote your actual day than sell you hours you will not use. Call 647-361-8237 and you will have a number in a minute.
The cars
Which car fits a wedding party.
Count the people who need to travel together, then add the dress. That second part catches couples out more than anything else on this page.
- Stretch limousine, up to 14. The Lincoln Navigator stretch and the Lincoln MKT stretch. The usual choice when the whole party travels as one.
- Sprinter van, up to 10. Higher roof and a wider door. Easier to get in and out of in formal dress than a stretch, and better for guests who are not steady on steps.
- Luxury SUV, up to 6. A Cadillac Escalade or Ford Expedition for the couple and the parents, often as a second car.
- Luxury sedan, up to 3. The quiet option for the couple alone between the ceremony and the reception.
Two cars is common and often cheaper than forcing everyone into the largest one. Say the full head count when you ask and we will tell you honestly whether one car does it.
The day
How the timing works on a wedding day.
We work backwards from the ceremony time, because that is the one thing on a wedding day that cannot slip. Give us that time and the venue, and we build the rest of the schedule around it.
The chauffeur arrives before the time you gave us. He waits through the ceremony and the photographs, then takes you on to the reception. The car is yours for the block, so nobody is watching a meter and nobody is asking the photographer to hurry.
Weddings run late. That is normal and we plan for it. What we ask is that you tell us the real timings when you book rather than the hopeful ones, because a schedule built on optimism is the thing that goes wrong.
Booking
How far ahead should you book a wedding limo?
Book the car as soon as the venue and the ceremony time are fixed. For a Saturday between May and September, that usually means several months out, because we hold a limited number of stretch cars and the good dates go first. A midweek wedding, or one outside the summer, is far easier at short notice.
If your date is close and you are reading this in a panic, call anyway. We run a fleet of more than 50 vehicles and dispatch answers day and night, so there is often something available even late. What we cannot do is promise a specific stretch limousine on a peak Saturday at two weeks' notice.
Nothing is held without a confirmed booking. A phone call asking about availability does not reserve the car, and we would rather say that plainly than have you assume it on the morning of the wedding.
On the day
What happens if the wedding runs late?
The chauffeur waits. You booked a block of time, and the car is yours for that block whether the photographer finishes early or the ceremony starts twenty minutes behind. Nobody will be standing beside you looking at a watch.
If the day overruns the block you booked, the driver stays and we settle the extra time afterwards at the rate we agreed when you booked. We tell you that number up front so there is no argument in a car park at midnight.
The one thing that genuinely helps is a realistic schedule at the time of booking. Weddings that are planned to the minute almost always slip. Build a little slack into the timings you give us and the day looks after itself.

Questions couples ask us
For a wedding it depends on the car, the date, the hours and the number of pickups, so we quote each booking on its own. For an airport trip we do publish fixed prices: a sedan from downtown Toronto to Pearson is $81 and an SUV is $105, and every town we cover is listed on the locations page.
We do not sell single hours for weddings. A wedding booking holds the car for a block, because one hour rarely covers a ceremony and the photographs afterwards. If you want a car by the hour for something else, that is our hourly chauffeur service.
Eight passengers sits between our classes, so the price depends on which car we send. A Sprinter van carries up to 10 and a stretch limousine up to 14, and both would seat eight comfortably. Tell us the head count and the date and we will price the one that suits the day.
Yes. Send the addresses in the order you want them visited and tell us who is waiting at each one. We plan the route and give you one arrival time for the ceremony, so the party arrives together.
