We are Toronto Airport Limo, a family-run limousine service based at 19 Grand Trunk Crescent in downtown Toronto. We drive people to and from Toronto Pearson, Billy Bishop, Hamilton and Buffalo Niagara at a flat rate agreed before the trip. We have been doing it for more than fifteen years, we run over fifty cars, and dispatch is staffed every hour of every day.

Who we are
What does Toronto Airport Limo actually do?
We move people between their door and an airport, for one fixed price. That is the whole business. A family started it fifteen years ago with a couple of cars, and it grew because the cars turned up early and the price never moved. Today the fleet is more than fifty vehicles and the team is more than sixty-five people, but the job is the same one: get you to the terminal calm and on time, or get you home after a long flight without a queue or an argument about the fare.

Every car is licensed for hire and commercially insured, and every chauffeur is vetted before they carry a passenger.

How we work
Why is the price fixed before the trip?
Because a meter punishes you for things you cannot control. Traffic on the 401, a long queue at the bridge, a plane that lands forty minutes late: none of that is the passenger's fault, and none of it changes what we charge. We quote the road, not the clock. You agree one number when you book, tolls and fuel are already inside it, and that number is what appears on your receipt. If your flight is delayed we move the pickup and charge you nothing for the wait.
What happens when you book
You send us the pickup address, the airport and the time, either through the form or on the phone. We come back with one price for the car you picked. On the day, we watch your flight number, set the driver off to match the real arrival time, and text you when the car is outside. At Pearson the chauffeur meets you at Door A in Terminal 1 or Door 11 in Terminal 3, at the Commissionaire pre-arranged post. Ask for Toronto Airport Limousine Service and give your name.
Pay by card in the car or online. Companies on an account get one invoice at the end of the month with every ride itemised, which is why so many of our regulars are firms rather than individuals.

How far from Toronto will you go?
We publish a flat rate for 112 towns, from downtown Toronto out to Windsor, Ottawa, and across the border to Buffalo and Detroit. Rates start at $71 for a sedan. If your town is not on the card we still quote one fixed price before you book, so nobody is ever charged on the spot.
Every town price covers all four vehicle classes, each way, to or from Toronto Pearson.
